The first 16 stages of the 2012 Dakar Rally have been completed. Naturally, the Toyota Tundra team looks strong, though there is a separate Toyota Tacoma team in the running as well. General Motors is recalling thousands of 2012 Chevy Sonic subcompact cars because the inner and outer brake pads may be missing. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said the missing brake pads could reduce the vehicle’s brake system performance and increase the risk of a crash.
