As an automotive journalist, I’m a bit different. I don’t lust over fancy luxury cars or the latest sports car. I can’t tell you the 0-60 times of any vehicle nor do I care to remember. What I do know is when I throughly enjoy driving a car. The 2015 Lexus RC-F is one of those cars.
A few weeks ago, I had two unique opportunities with a 2015 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Double Cab. First, was a 1,047 mile trip through the Colorado mountains and back to move my daughter to my home. The second was riding in the back to Tabernash, Colorado from Pine Bluffs, Wyoming and back for a media driving event. Here are my experiences.
I’m not a mini-van fan. I find their looks lackluster, their size bulky and I think for the money, I’d rather buy a truck. However, after driving around a 2015 Toyota Sienna Limited for a week, I could be persuaded.
The inevitable comparison of the Ford Raptor to any straight-from-the-factory off-road truck dominates many discussions, yet the latest stock off-road models – Ram Rebel and Toyota Tundra TRD Pro – are not arguably, “so-called” Raptor fighters. Instead, they are ideally suited to be compared to each other. Here is how they stack up in my opinion.
