Toyota Financial Services (TFS) will introduce a wear and tear lease protection policy in the first quarter of 2012. The move is part of a larger plan to increase the popularity of leasing of Toyota products. There has been confirmation the policy is being developed and there is no precise timetable for its release.

Minor Toyota Tundra Recall Over Sticker
If you own a 2011 Toyota Tundra and you bought it from Gulf States Toyota, then your truck may be under a recall. This news is far less serious than it may sound. There are currently over 500 Toyota Tundra pick up trucks that are being recalled due to a sticker with improper information after certain wheel and tire packages were installed. The stickers that are being recalled provide the wrong load carrying capacity of the 2011 Toyota Tundra.
Overloading your truck can cause excessive wear and tear, it is important to have the right sticker displaying total capacity.

How Much Sympathy Do Joggers or Bicyclists Deserve?
The pedestrian versus vehicle rights conflict on roadways was made painfully clear in West Seattle when a jogging pedestrian was struck by a semi and critically injured. When emergency workers arrived at the scene, they remarked on camera that the man should not jog to work. Their remarks were peppered with expletive insults. This has concerned joggers and bicyclists up in arms, but the question of how much sympathy the man deserves is still open for debate.
