Devolro Diablo Toyota Tundra Apocalypse Beast – Featured Truck

The people over at Devolro have a new Tundra toy they have named the Diablo. We can certainly see why it was given that name. This thing looks like you drive through an Apocalypse and come out alive.
Details on this Diablo 2014 Tundra 4WD Platinum “All Terrain Vehicle” seem to be in short supply. We do know it is being offered for sale by Prestige Imports in Miami – a high-end dealer with Lamborghini’s. It was built by the Devolro people who also built the custom Tundra Limo we featured a while back.
The eBay listing, where we found the truck, says it has:
- Supercharger
- Heavy-duty bumpers with 8-mm thick sheets of a “special” alloy with a “large number of stiffening ribs”
- 7” lift and 37″ tires
- Air locking differential
Devolro has a lot of marketing speak around why they installed the parts, yet ultimately, the truck has a wrap, upgraded bumper, supercharged engine, lift kit and locking front and rear differentials.
The locking differentials are a nice touch and one that seems to be often ignored by most show truck or special version truck builders. Normally, it seems to be viewed as an added mechanical item that doesn’t improve the look of the vehicle. It is nice to see they didn’t skimp out on this.
While the look of the truck is certainly cool and the features are pretty nice, the price is not. Prestige Imports has a buy it now price of $199,950 for the truck. For the life of us, we can’t really figure out how they came to that number. LadyX.ch
What do you think? Is it worth the money?

The math is simple …. $99,950 for the truck and $100k pure profit.
ive been thinking of building one a bit over the top for awhile. to date the most i’ve added to one at the store is about 16,400.00 making the truck 57,800. wanna do a crazy one but 199k’!!!!!!??? thats nuts!
Dear hemi lol,
I understand you have a wide experience in automotive industry as well as engineering and that’s what you’ve been doing for all your life..)
Just to give you a little idea about this topic and this Product:
1. Devolro Diablo model is based of a CrewMax Platinum Edition which retails for about $49,640.00 is an average window sticker at Toyota Dealer, excluding tax and all additional fees.
2. Devolro Diablo 2014 in this article features over 70 different options, specifically designed, engineered and installed on this vehicle. Just one single option of TRD Supercharger Parts retail cost is $6,500.00 excluding shipping labor and associated costs.
3. Each part manufactured by Devolro and it’s affiliates is hand made out of the highest grade of steel with unparalleled quality and heavy duty design. As an example the front bumper is made to take down medium size trees while off-roading and the cost of material for one unit exceeds $1,300.00 + design, labor and installation.
It is very clear that your understanding of specialty automotive is limited to plastic bumpers kits and replica Ferrari’s. If you buying the winch for $2000.00 you know it will pull 9500 Lb no mater what, if you paying $150.00 you should pray it will work when you need it.
As a Proud owner of Diablo, my 7500 Lb Big Boy goes 0 to 60 in 5.2 sec, and if you unable to afford a quality custom exclusive product, please just don’t compare with anything but equivalent.
I might need to give you a ride so you understand the difference between the look and the Ride..)
Anyway, thank you for your comments, they always make me smile reading..
