Thousands of musicians are waiting to be discovered and one will get the opportunity of a lifetime to uniquely shine this weekend at Voodoo Music + Arts Experience. To celebrate the conclusion of its 2016 Toyota Music Experience, Toyota is giving three up-and-coming New Orleans-based bands the opportunity to perform at the #ToyotaMusic Den alongside Voodoo headliner, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, at the country’s most enchanting music festival.

Toyota, partnering with Meredith Corporation’s Martha Stewart Living magazine, celebrated its first “Toyota Maker” Honoree at the Fifth Annual Martha Stewart American Made Summit. This recognition spotlights an up-and-coming American company that is driving positive solutions in their industry and community. WOVNS, founded by Makers Dena and Chelsea Molnar, was recognized at the summit and awarded a $10,000 grant by Toyota.

Team Millen and Rally RAV4 to Compete in NASA Rally Sport National Championship
A winner-take-all format has pros and cons, but for fans of rally, a single race national championship sure is exciting. This weekend, at NASA Rally Sport’s Empire State Performance Rally (ESPR) in Narrowsburg, N.Y., Ryan Millen, Christina Fate and the Rally RAV4 are hoping to finish on a winning note by capturing the 2WD national championship. NASA Rally Sport requires competitors to qualify to compete, so only those that meet the criteria are eligible to take part. Despite having raced the Rally America season finale just two weeks ago, Millen and team are feeling confident and ready to get back in the driver’s seat.

Lexus and Toyota rank #1 and #2, respectively, in Consumer Reports’ Annual Auto Reliability Survey – For the fourth consecutive year, Lexus and Toyota hold the top two slots in Consumer Reports’ Annual Auto Reliability Survey. According to CR, the brands “continued their domination.” CR said all nine Lexus models it rated had better-than-average reliability. Every Toyota, except for Tacoma, also had better-than-average reliability. Toyota and Lexus models also make up 5 of the publication’s “10 Most Reliable Cars” list.
