Friday Funny: How Not to Unload a Ford Raptor

The Ford Raptor is one mean off-road machine (really, there isn’t a doubt), yet even it can’t withstand stupidity. Check out this video.
Sweet, your brand new $45k+ Raptor just got the front torn off. And what did you say? Oh yeah, “whoops.” Wow, that is all you got.
If you enjoyed that one, fast forward to about 6:00 minutes on this one:
Wow, your Raptor is still cool looking, stuck and all.
And finally, from the vault of the Rednecks roundup, we have this gem.
Which one is your favorite?

The early Raptors came with a rear eLocker (newer now have a a limited slip front diff as well). I’m not sure if it was auto or needed to be activated by a button. Judging from the second video, it required the push of a button since both rear wheels were not spinning equally.
I didn’t think pushing a button was that difficult…
“I didn’t think pushing a button was that difficult…” LOL!

Maybe I missed the boat on that one. I’m not a 4×4 person but one question does make me wonder. Why not have a winch? If you are going to do that type of thing shouldn’t you rely on a winch? I don’t have a favorite because I fail to see through stupidity. As LJC mention why not push the dang button. I just don’t see why Frick and Frack taking turns in pulling each other out. I don’t see the fun in it.
Mickey,
Now “why not have a winch” is a great question! People just want to have fun and not think through the consequences if you ask me.
