TMMTX San Antonio Toyota Tundra FactoryWe recently found a nice description of the San Antonio Tundra plant, known as TMMTX in Toyota-speak, on Toyota’s Open Road blog. Here’s a summary:

The plant was built to create up to 150,000 new Tundras each year with its crew of 2,000 team members. It augments an existing plant in Indiana, in operation since 1999, which also assembles Tundras.

    I have ordered a 2008 2×4 5.7 black Crewmax SR5 C pkg that is to be built at your factory on the 12th of November.My dealer is Cambbell Toyota in Chatham Ontario. This may be too much to ask but would it be possible to have a few pictures of it being built? I can supply the order number if you are able to help mewith this request. I am a total car crazy sort of guy and this is my 5th new Toyota Thankyou Robert Strong

    I have ordered a white 2014 Platinum Tundra. It will come from the factory. It was bought from Limbaugh Toyota in Birmingham, Alabama. When will it be built?
