The 444 on an Amazing Show-Quality Tundra

Happy Labor Day! Since we’re out and about enjoying our weekend, we’re going to skip our normal attempt at a newsworthy blog post and serve you up some eye-candy instead – 444’s 2007 Double Cab Tundra. Enjoy!

Question: What’s 88″ tall, black, and weighs 5,000 pounds?

Answer: 444’s Tundra.

This show-quality Tundra has enough electronics to satisfy any member of the Geek Squad, and the truck just oozes over-the-top, in-your-face personality…kind of like a cross between a Dodge Viper, Lil’ Kim, and a sledgehammer (or something like that).

Interior:

For starters, it’s a Limited edition Tundra with the beautiful “King-Ranch-esque” Redrock leather interior.

The truck is stuffed with Kicker’s top of the line speakers (including 4 subs in custom enclosures under the rear seat), Kicker amps, and it’s all combined with a Rockford Fosgate 3sixty signal processor that runs all the electronics. This is a top-notch system (custom installation, lots of hand-made fabrication, dynamat everywhere, etc.).

The Rockford Fosgate 3sixty signal processor is a showpiece all it’s own (one worthy of a future blog post, in fact). We’ll keep it short – it does EVERYTHING, allows you to keep the factory story, and you might need a laptop to configure it.

Ever seen a Tundra with an XBox 360?

Ridiculous! A 10.2″ HD LCD screen in the dash paired up with an XBOX 360.

The truck also has a Kinetik HC2400 power cell installed so you can be sure the stereo will play for a long time when the engine is off.

Exterior:

The front-end is loaded: after-market grille, HALO projector headlights with LED, and the headlight lenses have been tinted. The truck even has 3M ClearBra material installed to protect from rock chips.

This is one custom Tundra.

This truck is black: There’s a solid black limo tint on the rear windows, the tonneau cover is painted black to match, the box light lense and the rear tail light lenses have been dark tinted, and the 24″ Asanti rims have been custom painted black to exactly match the body color. All the stock badges (like the Toyota logo and the red-and-chrome 5.7 badge) are gone too.

There’s a touch of chrome too – the bull bar (with PIAA HID fog lights), step bars, and TRD exhaust tips are nice and bright.

Suspension:

ProComp stage II with coil-overs, resulting in about 9″ of total lift.

The 24" rims make the Tundra's huge stock brake rotors look small - and that's no "small" feat.

The huge lift and fender flares can accommodate 37″ Toyo Mud Terrains, and the truck has a Pro Comp skid plate to protect the underbelly.

Performance:

The motor is wearing a TRD Supercharger (did you expect anything less?) and a TRD Tundra exhaust system to match.

Who doesn't love the look of a TRD supercharger on a Tundra?

It’s even got a TRD oil cap (that’s got to be good for a couple of HP, right?).

Without a doubt, this is one of the most expensive trucks we’ve featured – mostly because of the thousands of dollars of electronics (but the mega lift, wheels and tires, and TRD supercharger weren’t exactly cheap). The owner says that he’s put around $140k out (including the price of the vehicle).
